Please Read The Following Terms & Conditions

1. I certify that I am either the sole owner of the entered horse, or authorized by the owner or co-owners to act as agent in the consignment and sale of the entered horse. I hereby warrant title to each animal herein entered and my authority to enter each such animal in this sale, and I agree to defend and hold Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy harmless regarding said title and authority. I covenant and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy from any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred because of, or arising out of, all questions of title to the named horse; and disputes concerning identity, soundness, engagements, pregnancy status and/or produce record of named horse or resulting from any liens, attachments, or claims against the net proceeds from the sale thereof. 2. I agree to allow Cardinal Stables and their agents to place said horse at their discretion and in a manner they feel most favorable to the sale of said horse on their website www.cardinalstables.com and www.cardinalridingacademy.com . 3.I further agree that I ahve a legal right to all photos and give permission to allow Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy full privilages of use in the advertizement of the sale of said horse, as well as on their "sold" page when said horse sales. I also agree to allow Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy to edit, enhance and adjust andy photo or video submitted to at their discretion in a way they feel most accurately and favorable represents said horse. 4. I authorize the Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy to deliver possession of any horse sold to the buyer. If a check or draft is not honored for any reason, or if payment is stopped, Cardinal Stables & Riding shall not be liable to the consignor. Consignor’s sole remedy shall be against defaulting purchaser. 5. I covenant and agree to indemnify and hold Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy harmless from any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) for any disputes concerning the sale of the named horse, including, but not limited to issues of soundness. The owner is the responsible party for true Representations of animals. Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy is not responsible for any unsoundness/vices/unsuitability whatsoever. 6. I further Agree to pay Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy a commission fee of 10% of the advertized sale price when said horse or pony sales as a result of their website and/or reference. The laws of the state of North Carolina Shall Govern This Agreement.
