SSE Priddy Lahdi 6yr Old, 16.2 h , Percheron Mare
"Nellie" is a great girl for riding and breeding. She is a wonderful mother and has very nice, exceptional foals. We have raised 2 Iberian Warmblood Colts from her out of El Paso MF, an Imported True Silver Andalusian Foundation Sire. She is very friendly and enjoys attention. She gets along well with others. Stalls and pastures well. She is easy to catch in the pasture and has very good manners. Lovely jumping ability. She is currently free-jumping 3'3" easily, willing and beautifully!! I have no doubts that this mare could do 4' very easily. She is a cute mover. Not allot of the "draftiness" one might expect. She will do well in Dressage as well as Fox Hunting. She is walking, trotting and is starting to canter. She actually does have the pep one would like to see to do dressage or fox-hunting. She is not "hot" in any sense of the word, but she is also not dead. She is willing to move when asked strongly. She has nice bone, so she will be very suited to larger riders. Nellie has great ground manners and is typically handled alone by a youth and adult female handlers. She has been recently started under saddle and has yet to care about anything we have done. She is turning out to be quite a nice riding horse. We have owned her since she was a yearling, and we are motivated to see her go to a great home. She is not registered, and it is possible she is crossed, however she does have a docked tail ( a False Tail Will Accompany Her Sale) ~SOLD~ Congrats to Taren, SC "Nellie" will be doing Medieval Re-enactments- How Awesome Is That!!
