(Click On Image or Title For Pages) Picasso is a lovely young horse with an amazing future ahead of him. He has beautiful movement suited well for dressage. He has lovely suspension, a nice reach, great shoulder movement and an ability to move into the upper levels of dressage. With a very quiet, consistent and comfortable trot & canter, this horse is very well suited for teaching the canter on, or for an adult rider that prefers a "comfortable" horse Picasso has a solid, heavy bone structure and is extremely level headed and sensible. He is very tolerant of beginner movements, yet willing enough not to need a crop (although he does need a nudge to keep him moving). He has been started over crossrails & parallels and has yet to refuse ANYTHING we have pointed him at. He has nice form and has loads of potential over the fences. Picasso also has quite a few trail rides under his belt and is not the spooky type. He is bold and willing to go wherever you ask him to go. We feel this makes him a super candidate for Fox hunting, Cross- Country, Eventing & Hunter Paces as well. He has a lovely personality and will make a lovely friend. His ground manners are impeccable and he is easily tacked, groomed and mounted with no problem. He will even slightly park out for a smaller rider to mount, which we have found amazing!! We feel very confident that Picasso will excel in Dressage, Pony Club, Fox Hunting, Hunter Paces, Eventing and also feel his movement will also qualify him to be well rounded enough for Hunters. Perfect for youth or small adult rider. Nearly solid black with a few white spots under the saddle area and three white socks. Loads, baths, stands for farrier. No Vices
