~Surry County Equestrian Team~ Cardinal Stables & Riding Academy is PROUD to announce we will be forming our new Equestrian Team. We have had much luck in the past with our riding teams and have had the pleasure of working with so many special kids!! We have had many requests to form the new team and have decided we would love to!! The Surry County Equestrian Team, although similar to our previous riding teams, will be formed with new ideas, concepts and goals that, we feel will make this team even more exciting than ever! Any student , ages 8-23 living or attending school within Surry County will be eligible for the team. Previous riding experience in not necessary! As a matter of fact, we love beginner riders, we get to teach them and guide them through our program and mold their riding skills the Cardinal Riding Academy way! All riders, regardless of their previous riding experience, or lack there-of, will find a place on the Surry County Equestrian Team! Students will form bonds with other students in their community with the same interests and develop positively as a mature individual. The Goal of the Surry County Equestrian Team, is to form county-wide riding teams and develop riding as a team sport. We hope other counties will form the same, and compete against each other!
